Engraved title page with vignette illustration of waterfalls on Connecticut River. Front cover is gone (replaced with detached cloth covered board that doesn't match leather on the rest of the volume.)The binding itself is sound with the exception of the loose engraved title page. Clean, squared textblock, pages crisp, very light foxing to margins. A great candidate for rebinding. Scarce.
