The contents include a history of Pre-Raphaelitism, with sections on such artists as Madox Brown, Rossetti, Holman Hunt, and Millais as well as the "lesser" Pre-Raphaelites. Other chapters are on Amy Levy, Millet Watts, Wilkie Collins, and much more. With numerous full page b&w plates with tissue guards throughout. This is a LIBRARY BINDING, maroon cloth, title stamped in gilt on spine, with handlettered numbers above it.
