Marbled cover boards with a gray cloth spine have some edge wear and rubbing. Interior pages are mostly clean and bright, though the chipped title page with the author's signature pictured below had previously separated from the binding, and is now laid-in. Binding is otherwise solid. Contains B&W plates illustrating a variety of fishes. This book is a detailed study of the various species of fishes found in the Sumatra region of Indonesia. It provides a comprehensive overview of the morphology, taxonomy, and distribution of the different types of fishes found in the area.
