One significant dent is present on the front cover. Interior pages are all clean and bright. Binding is solid. Contains lots of B&W photography throughout. This is one of only 2,000 copies printed. Introduction by Miller is on the inside flap of the front cover. Photographs are by Wynn Bullock. This is a facsimile of one of the two notebooks which Miller kept during his air-conditioned nightmare tour across America in the early 1940's. The author signed his name in blue ink on the front end page. Clean copy. Record # 34068
