As the foremost dealer in early American furniture and antiques, Israel Sack began publishing in 1957 a series of well illustrated brochures containing examples from their inventory of the highest quality of early American furniture dating from the Colonial Period to the Period of the Greek Revival (roughly 1620-1840). Each example was well described and documented and often accompanied by photographs of details or printed labels. Ninety percent of the illustrations are of furniture.
